Option Group Task Types allow the user to define a question with a specific set of responses, for example:

Tank material: Plastic/Steel/Fibre Glass

Each response can have its own compliance status, allowing for yes/no/maybe type values.
Notes can be forced for Red/Amber/Green results or any combination thereof
