Compliance Scheme Management Screen (All user types except: Location/Email/Handheld only)

There are two compliance scheme management screens, one in channel scope (Templates) and one in client scope (which assets can be created from).  They are accessible from the Channel and Maintenance menus respectively.

The mgmt. screen shows all the schemes in scope in a tree view, the hierarchy is:

Clicking on different elements in the scheme will reveal different menu options in the top left side menu and will also update the right panel with more detailed information about the selection.  Note that the user role of the logged in user will determine what side menu options they can see.

Clicking the folder icon will display the asset type details and will automatically select the asset type in the tree view.
