New tasks are added from the Compliance Scheme by selecting the required Asset Type and using the option on the side menu. Tasks can be configured during this time or at a later date. Tasks remain editable by users with the correct permissions.
When a task is added to an asset type that task will become visible in all assets created from this asset type.
Date Task Type
Date task types save dates in a very specific format yyyy-mm-dd but they cannot be defined to have a warning (Amber) or out of spec (Red) compliance status. Instead they have the following property:
- Date Task Types can be configured to force the user to enter a note, despite the lack of compliance status.
