Copy a Compliance Scheme Template (Channel Users Only) (Channel Admin only)

Compliance schemes can be copied from clients to other clients or channels, or from channels to other channels or clients.

Channel admins can only copy schemes around within their scope, should a scheme need to be moved outside of this scope for any reason it will be necessary to contact support@zetasafe.com.

Select the compliance scheme that need to be copied elsewhere and choose "Copy Compliance Scheme" from the side menu. A tree of available channels and clients will be displayed, selecting one will begin the copying process. If the destination channel/client has a scheme of exactly the same name then an error message will be displayed advising the user to rename one of the schemes before retrying.

Asset Type Templates

Asset type templates are not visible or functional within ZetaSafe, however, they can be used in bespoke reporting allowing you to view any differences between the original scheme and copies made from it.  For more details on how to order bespoke reports, please contact your account manager.

When a compliance scheme is copied the child schemes which are created will all automatically have the asset type templates set to the matching assets in the parent scheme, where a scheme has been copied multiple times in a 'chain' each scheme will only maintain existing links back the original (or root) scheme. Asset types and tasks which may have been added at points in the chain, and have not had their asset type and/or task template IDs set will remain unset.
