Add Asset Notes in ZetaMobile (New app)

The updated ZetaMobile apps now allow users to add both asset and location notes directly from the app as they work, previously only available on the main website.

Asset notes can be added either:

• From the create tab
• From an asset details screen

Add asset note from the create tab

Go to the create tab and find your asset by navigating to its location [Fig 1]

Click on the asset from the list [Fig 2]

Either scan or search for a barcode manually, or via the do tabs 'browse' options, select the asset to open the main details screen [Fig 3]

Images (or files) can all be uploaded to location notes and watching users can be assigned in the normal way [Fig 4]
