Additional Handheld Licences (All Channel users, Client Admins & Managers)

Some users require access to multiple clients, some of these clients may reside outside of their normal scope.  For example a contractor may work for two resellers and therefore would need handheld access to various clients in each.

Additional handheld licences must be granted by the client who is issuing the licence.  Take the unique device ID from the existing handheld licence and use that to create the additional licence.  As soon as this is complete and the user syncs their device the newly authorised client(s) will appear in their client list. 

NOTE: Where a user requires handheld licences outside of their normal scope they will also require a role, if the user can see the new client but cannot login – this is the problem, they need an additional user role!
