Request more licences (All Channel users, Client Admin, Mgr, Super)

In order to request additional licences from the ZetaSafe website it is necessary to have access to the Licence Display page, this is accessed from either the Channel Management screen or the Client Management screen.

The user checks each type of licence which requires an increase, this will activate the button to create the request.

Enter the new licence total in the relevant boxes.  Contact can be made via email or phone, any additional information or comments can be supplied in the additional information section.  A confirmation email should be received after the request is sent, please check any Spam or Clutter filters if it is not visible within an hour or so.  Shortly afterwards a member of the team will be in touch.
