Reset User Password
Where a user account has an email address associated with it and the username is known, a new password can be requested via the "Forgot Your Password" link.
If the user cannot recall their username, the email address is believed to be incorrect or does not exist, a password can be reset by any user with access to the User Management screen by selecting the user account and using "Reset Password".
Reset another users password from within ZetaSafe
Where another user is locked out of the system and it is necessary to reset their password this can be done from the user management screen (channel and maintenance menus).
