A user account has two modes, active and not active (deactivated). When viewing a user details screen clicking "Change Status" will switch the user account from its current status to the opposing one.
Deactivating a user will prevent them from logging into the system via any ZetaSafe product with those credentials, the user will not be available to select when entering task data on the website and they will no longer be available for selection as a watching user.
When a user account is deactivated a licence will be released, allowing the user to be replaced whilst maintaining the historical audit trail. It will not be possible to reactivate users unless there are sufficient free licences to do so.
