To edit the details of the logged in account, click on the account name in the top left corner of the screen, from here "Edit" and "Change Password" are on the right side menu.
Channel admins (as shown in the video) have an additional option - add additional role. Roles can be set up for specific channels/clients within their scope as a channel user.
