Every now and again it's really helpful to get a message out quickly to our community in ZetaSafe. On the web version of ZetaSafe, you can look out for the appearance of a yellow banner (trust us - you won't miss it!). If the banner appears it will relate to information about service status or any other issue we might be dealing with, such as server maintenance.
The banner will only appear when there is something you need to know, when you need to know it.
In the footer of the website you will find a permanent link to this service status page, this page is always up to date and may carry important information about any outages or other problems.
The status page has a subscribe option which will generate updates for you as emails or texts depending on your preference.
