View Schedules (All user types except: Email/Handheld Only)

The schedule view can be accessed from several places within the ZetaSafe software, to name a few:

• Schedule shortcut icon
• Work Status widget
• Location Details screen (side menu)
• Location Explorer screen (side menu)
• Asset Details screen (side menu)
• Client Management Screen (side menu)

Schedules can be viewed by Day, Calendar Week, Calendar Month, Calendar Year or by entering a Custom date range.  Filters can then be applied to such lists and the data exported in spreadsheet format.

When viewing a custom schedule there is an option ‘Display all tasks within tolerance’, if selected this function will produce a list of tasks which have a task scheduled date within the custom range, and also a list of any tasks which are in tolerance at any point within the same period, even if the actual scheduled event falls outside the range.
