Aging Result Notes (Client scope required)

See all your open result notes in one widget, from the very oldest to the most recent.  There is no way to miss out on an open note - even if it is 10 years old!  Look at trends, having a deeper understanding of how long notes remain open before closure can help to identify problems with procedure, such as an administrative issue around remedial works; or perhaps visits are not frequent enough and rely on an annual visit to close down the previous note.

With a dynamic x-axis range this widget will mean you will be as up to date as your last widget refresh, and no outstanding actions can slip the net.

An example of how this widget might be used is to demonstrate how old notes are in each step of your remedial process helping to identify pinch points and allot resources.  In the below image we can view the proportion and age of notes presently on the system; Received (unacknowledged & acknowledged), In Progress (In Progress, Awaiting Feedback), Propose Closure.
