How to add a result (Legacy app)

To start entering data, select the 'Do' tab. To scan a barcode, press 'Scan a Barcode' :

This will open the camera on your device. Hold the barcode in the view of the camera and it will automatically scan :

Opens task and asset details page. Enter the appropriate result. A green tick will mean the task has passed : 

Red exclamation mark for a fail. Unable to complete – IMPORTANT e.g. if room is inaccessible DO NOT enter 0 as a result, check this box and add a note as to why task could not be completed. 

When all data is entered, you will see a number appear above the 'Review' Tab. Selecting the Review tab will take you to the page where you can sync your data.
