The top most (or root) filter, such as 'Client' or 'Compliance Scheme' will be designated a colour, any assets which belong to this client/scheme will get a matching dot and any tasks therein. The textual representation of Client / Comp Scheme / Asset Type / Task Type can be very difficult to assess at a glance.
