You can add notes to most main elements of the system including, assets, task results and locations. Notes can be appended at any time and supporting documents may be uploaded.
Notes can be accessed in a number of ways, for example:
- Via widgets
- Via the side menu of: Client mgmt, Asset details screen, Location details screen
- In list views: eg Result notes (Task result lists), Asset & Location Notes (Client mgmt screen side menu)
To act on selected notes navigate to a list view for the notes. Select the notes you wish to act on then click Act On Selected to view the items available for bulk update, Act on All will select the entire list (all pages):
- Change the status
- Add to the text of all
- Change the job number
- Change the contractor
- Change Immediate Action Required
- Change the Fix By Date
- Change the Job Cost
- Select user(s) to alert
Note: Where an asset status is DEACTIVATED and it is edited to become ACTIVE using this feature, no other edits will be applied to these assets at this time. It would be necessary first to reactivate any assets and save, then reselect the assets and apply further edits in a separate interaction.
