Edit a Location (All user types except: Basic/Read/Email/Handheld only)

All data for any given location is completely editable at any time, select "Edit Location" from the right side menu when viewing the details for any existing location. Edits are recorded in the audit trail so it is possible to look back and see previous values.

Location trees can have any number of tiers; however, we recommend not selecting too many tiers. Users on small screen devices may have to navigate these locations to find an asset where the barcode has been removed or is unreadable.
