How do I use the MicadFM > ZetaMobile App Link?

ENSURE YOU HAVE BOTH THE MICADFM AND ZETAMOBILE APPS INSTALLED AND LOGGED IN TO USE THIS FEATURE.

The MicadFM app can open the ZetaMobile App, with the Plan tab filtered to the Tasks relating to the job in MicadFM by clicking a hyperlink within the MicadFM job "information" field.

To do this, one of your system administrators will need to have created and added the link to the MicadFM job, instructions on how to do that are here: https://support.zetasafe.net/hc/en-us/articles/11859983038365-How-do-I-create-a-MicadFM-job-hyperlink-

Firstly, you need to navigate to a job in the MicadFM App, scroll down to the "information" field, and click the hyperlink that starts with "zetamobile://" - this is shown in the screenshot below:

This will then open up the ZetaMobile app to the Plan tab, with the list of Locations and Tasks being filtered according to the Locations, Asset Types and Tasks selected by the Administrator who created the link.

The chain icon (highlighted below) shows that the apps are linked, and the data you are seeing is related to the link you've clicked within the MicadFM app.

To remove the link, and see all Locations, Assets and Tasks, click the chain icon.
