In regards to the PDA connection issues, please try the following:
- Ensure that the client’s IT team has whitelisted our IP addresses, website addresses and email addresses (all listed below).
- Please try to open the zetasafe2.net webpage on the PDA.
- If the above does not work then try another web address.
- Under Settings > Connections > Connections – Can the client ensure that if they use a Proxy server that is setup correctly, if they don’t then please ensure that the option to use a Proxy is not ticked.
After each, if successful, please try to synchronise the device.
